FUTRSEC Terms of Service
General terms, acceptable use policies, virtual lab codes of conduct, and educational service conditions governing access to FUTRSEC.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the FUTRSEC application, web portal, virtual cybersecurity sandbox environments, or assessment modules, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not access the platform.
2. Virtual Cyber Labs & Acceptable Use Policy
FUTRSEC provides isolated, dedicated virtual machines, CTF challenges, and simulation environments strictly for defensive education, skills verification, and authorized ethical training:
- Authorized Scope: All practical security exercises, scans, and exploitation attempts must be strictly confined to designated lab sandboxes (
*.lab.futrsec.in). - Prohibited Actions: You may not perform unauthorized testing against the host infrastructure, other users, external systems, or institutional networks. Violation results in immediate account suspension and revocation of all earned certifications.
3. Intellectual Property & Course Materials
All proprietary curriculums, assessments, questions, lab architectures, AI agent models, and software code are the intellectual property of BCBUZZ Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and Cybervault Innovations Pte Ltd. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or reverse-engineer our platform.
4. User Accounts & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@futrsec.in if you suspect any unauthorized account access.
