FUTRSEC (operated by BCBUZZ Technologies Private Limited) gives you complete control over your account and personal data. You can delete your account directly inside the mobile application or submit a web-based self-service deletion request below without needing to sign in.

📱 How to Delete Your Account from Within the FUTRSEC Mobile App

If you have the FUTRSEC app installed on your Android device, you can delete your account instantly:

Open the FUTRSEC app on your Android device and log in.

Navigate to Settings (or tap your Profile Avatar in the top header).

Scroll down and select Privacy & DPDP Rights → Delete Account & Data.

Type DELETE in uppercase to confirm and tap Permanently Delete My Account.

🌐 Web Self-Service Account & Data Deletion Request

If you uninstalled the mobile app or do not have access to your device, you may submit a verified erasure request directly using your registered email address.

Permanent Action: Submitting this request initiates statutory account deactivation. All course enrollments, interactive lab completions, assessment scores, resume builds, and earned certificates will be permanently erased.

📋 Data Erasure Scope & Retention Policy

In accordance with Google Play User Data policies and Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act 2023 §12 right to erasure, here is exactly what happens when you request account deletion:

30-Day Grace Period: Upon submission, your login access is instantly revoked. Your data is queued for complete cryptographic destruction after a 30-day statutory grace period. If you submitted the request in error, you may email dpo@futrsec.in within 30 days to cancel.
